Enterprise Identity Architect. Founder. Builder.

Make the complex operable.

I solve technical problems at enterprise scale — and when the tool I need doesn’t exist, I build it.

The thesis

Strategy is only credible when someone can carry it all the way into production.

20,000+enterprise identities supported
600+enterprise applications
$125K+annual outside-support costs eliminated
~35%less manual security operations overhead
<4 daysto recover initial product costs organically

Operating range

Three disciplines.
One accountable operator.

Identity & Security

Design the identity layer that thousands of people and hundreds of applications depend on — then own the difficult escalations when theory meets production.

Representative systems

Entra ID, Active Directory, SSO, federation, SAML, OIDC, OAuth, LDAP, Conditional Access, MFA, FIDO2, Windows Hello for Business, RBAC, access packages, Microsoft 365 security.

Build

Turn missing capabilities into working products: shape the architecture, build the system, test the edges, and carry it through release.

Representative systems

Commercial software, AI-assisted development, agentic systems, automation, platform engineering, desktop applications, product architecture, Codex, Claude, and Cursor.

Operate

Connect architecture to the unglamorous realities that determine whether a platform survives: incidents, stakeholders, vendors, teams, and business outcomes.

Representative systems

Enterprise platform ownership, production operations, incident response, technical escalation, stakeholder management, vendor elimination, security and team leadership.

Not a gallery of interests. A record of execution under different kinds of pressure.

Enterprise case study

Enterprise Identity

Identity architecture at institutional scale.

Owns the identity and access foundation for approximately 20,000 users and 600 enterprise applications, including final escalation across identity, messaging, security, and platform incidents.

  • Standardized Microsoft 365 offerings and eliminated contracted vendor support, saving more than $125,000 annually.
  • Architected the current login flow for interconnected university applications, including the Student Information System.
  • Manages SAML, OIDC, OAuth, and LDAP integrations across campus systems.
  • Implemented Rapid7 SIEM, reducing manual overhead for IT Security and Systems staff by approximately 35% in year one.
  • Chairs the Cybersecurity Incident Response Team.

Commercial product

Scriptorum

From idea to commercial product.

Book-writing and planning software built end-to-end through Mayfly Creative Studios LLC and launched commercially on Steam. The work spans product design, development, testing, release management, marketing, customer acquisition, and business ownership.

  • Organically recovered the product’s initial costs in less than four days after release.
  • Built and owns the end-to-end update and testing pipeline for major releases and bug fixes.
  • Demonstrates execution beyond a side project: an actual product carried into market.
03

Agentic systems

AI Harness & Skills Library

Skills are becoming a distribution layer for agentic AI.

An extensible AI harness with a skills library that discovers GitHub-hosted skills, surfaces them in application settings, supports inspection and validation, and lets users install them through the interface.

  • Turns a fragmented GitHub ecosystem into a discoverable application experience.
  • Creates room for extensible workflows instead of hard-coding every agent capability.
  • Presented without an unverified “world’s first” claim; the implementation stands on its own.
04

Product in development

Medical History & Life Events

A durable record of the events that shape a life.

Software for tracking medical history and major life events, created as a potential future commercial product. Current claims are intentionally conservative while the product develops.

  • Demonstrates product architecture and execution in a sensitive, high-context domain.
  • No claims of medical certification, regulatory approval, HIPAA compliance, clinical use, partnerships, or production customers.

Bring me a hard problem

If the runbook hasn’t been written yet, we should talk.

I’m interested in principal, lead, architecture, advisory, and technical leadership opportunities involving identity, security, Microsoft platforms, AI-enabled systems, and complex enterprise technology.

If your problem can be solved by following a runbook, I’m probably not the person you’re looking for.
